Terms and Conditions


1)  Please read our Full Terms and conditions before placing your order.

·      These terms and conditions apply to all contracts for the sale of goods or supply of services between Italian Wedding Favours and our customers and set out the basis upon which Italian Wedding Favours agrees to sell goods or supply services to our customers. By placing your order, you will be deemed to have read and accepted these terms and conditions.

2) Availability

·      All goods displayed on our website are subject to availability.If the goods you require are out of stock or are no longer available, we will suggest alternatives. Many of our designs can be adapted and we are happy to discuss your requirements to create a unique product for your special day.

3) Payment

·      We will accept payments made by Credit/Debit card (except American Express) or by PayPal using our secure online shop. Your payment will be processed immediately by our payment processor.

5) Delivery terms

·      All our products are handmade to order, please allow 6-8 weeks for manufacturing plus an additional 3-5 days for transit timeprior to your special event. Our standard delivery charge for UK mainland is £3.95 for orders up to the value of £15.00. £7.95 for orders up to the value of £50.00. £11.95 for orders over these amounts. Delivery charges for the confectionery products are dependent on the order weight and dimensions. Please call our Sales team who will calculate delivery costs for you and answer any further question you may have.

6) Cancellations

·      All our products are bespoke and made to specific quantities and specifications. We accept cancellations within 48 hours from the date of the order and a full refund will be given. After the 48 hourscancellation deadline we will start to process your order and will no longer be able to refund.

7) Returns Policy

·      Orders can be returned within 7 days of receipt of the goods except for bespoke and personalized products. The return of these products is not authorized unless faulty or damaged.

·      All returns must be authorised and sent back within 7 days of receipt of the goods. Products must be unused, in original packaging and in re-sellable conditions.

·      We endeavortosecurely package all our products, however should any damage occur during transportation, it must be reported to us in writing within 24 hours of receipt of the goods. All returned items should be shipped at your expenses via Recorded Delivery Service as we do not accept responsibility for lost or undelivered goods. Once received, the goods will be inspected and refund will be notified if applicable. Refunds will be operated using the same payment method originally used for the purchase.

·      Please allow up to 14 working days for refunds to be completed.
